To participate in the event the athlete must be aware of the specific difficulties of sky running and the positive and negative slope of the same, and of being adequately prepared physically and mentally:

The athlete must have prior awareness of the actual capacity of autonomy required in mountain, in order to be able to manage the problems that derive from this type of race, namely.

- Be able to cope without outside help, adverse environmental and weather conditions (high temperatures, low humidity, etc.).

- Know how to manage physical and mental problems resulting from extreme fatigue, digestive problems, muscle and joint pain, minor injuries, etc.
